Now that the New Year has arrived, what about some spiritual
resolutions? The third annual Canticle Conference can help you to return
to God, with a more beautiful and innocent soul, and to recover love and
stay in love's beauty. Kindly join us for this is a once-in-a-lifetime
gathering of wonderful speakers in a lovely setting. Our own Colleen
Hammond will assist Genevieve Kineke as hostess and M.C. for the
conference. In addition to an evening and full day of internationally
renowned speakers, the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered on
both days. In addition, there will be opportunity for the Sacrament of
Confession and for meeting/ talking privately with the speakers. Begin
planning for March 21 and 22, 2003 and do come to the Canticle
conference in Dallas on March 21 & 22.
The conference will be held at a beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming
setting: the Omni Mandalay Hotel in Las Colinas (Irving), Texas.
Spacious and lovely rooms are offered to registered participants of our
conference for the greatly reduced rate of $109. (Bring your husband and
children; let them enjoy the heated outdoor pool while you attend the
women's conference. Your husband is MORE THAN WELCOME to come to the
evening banquet. We're sorry, but babysitting for older children is
unavailable; nursing infants are most welcome).

8:30 -- Morning Prayer. Conference theme presented by
Genevieve Kineke
9:00 -- Dale O' Leary -- Forgiveness as the way to a
Beautiful Soul

Canticle writers and anyone interested in the promoting of the magazine
(Additional $ 15 fee for the lunch)

conference fee is $55.00
banquet is $35.00 -- or husband and wife together for
$60.00
$109.00 for hotel rooms (make arrangements directly with the
hotel)
$15.00 for the optional writer's conference on Sunday, March
23, after Mass.
If you would like to donate an additional $100.00 to sponsor one of our
speakers, you will have the choice of sitting with her at one of the
preferred tables - see registration form on last page.

Tapes of the Conference: Audio cassettes of the entire conference will
be available by Johnnette Benkovic at LHLA for sale at the conference
for you to take home with you.

For Hotel description and reservations: The conference will be held at
the Omni Mandalay Hotel; cost is $109 per night for a spacious room.
Suites are also available. Kindly make your own hotel reservations,
separate from conference registration: Omni Mandalay Hotel, 221 E. Las
Colinas Boulevard, Irving, TX 75039 (Phone: 972.556-0800 or FAX:
972.556.0729) A description of the Omni Mandalay can be found at:
www.omnihotels.com. However, do not make hotel reservations on-line.
You must call the hotel directly and ask for the special conference rate
for Canticle Magazine or the Alliance of Catholic Women. Call the Omni
Mandalay Hotel in Las Colinas directly at 972-556-0800 or 1-800-THE-OMNI
(be sure to mention Canticle Magazine or Alliance of Catholic Women to
get the special rate of $109.00).
