Dung or excreta is often erroneously mentioned as a sacrament. My
teacher taught that urine, saliva, milk, seed, and menstruum all
come from the front side of the body, which is the "light side", and
that feces comes from the back side, which is the "dark" side, and
it should not be consumed. What is recycled should contain DNA,
water, nutrients, antigens, antibodies, hormones and enzymes. Feces
does not meet that criteria. Also, during the Tantric Fast, only a
small amount of solids, in the form of powders, should be taken, so
that a gentle laxative purging of decomposing solid toxins from the
intestines can purify the blood of impurities. This should not be
confused with the "Quintessence", which is generally considered to
be the Etheric Dimension, which is above the four elements of solid,
liquid, gas, and fire. The Quintessence is also a general term,
often used to imply Genetic Efflux, in general. Jai Om. - Sw.
