A URINE THERAPY CHECKLIST

Dear Lucy,
There are a lot of issues at stake here. Urine therapy can do wonders
for so many different conditions within our bodies. However the very
first thing is to create a friendly balance with in the body so that
you are not just battling problems that only make for wasted efforts.
What I want to do is first give you a basic checklist and it will be
up to you to determine which areas apply to you and to what degree
this is effecting the conditions of your health.
Please consider the following in no particular order:
1. Drink only purified water. Start with 2 cups of water first thing
in the morning before any food is consumed and follow with same two
cups before each meal during your day. (Note – I add one
tablespoon of Psyllium husk and one teaspoon of cinnamon to
this water. Pour off 1 cup add the psyllium husk and cinnamon to
a jar with lid. Shake to mix, then drink. Use the second cup as a
chaser to rinse and cleans your mouth) This water should be
room temperature, not cold.
Also, if you drink coffee, try you best to switch to herbal teas.
Green tea, Peppermint, and fresh ginger
teas (mixed together) is excellent.
2. Eliminate all sugars from your diet accept those found naturally in
fresh organic fresh fruits and vegetables. No white sugar, no corn
syrups, fructose, or refined sweeteners of any kind. No artificial
sweeteners – Aspartame, Nutrasweet, Equal, or the like.
3. Eliminate all white flour and products made with it, pastas,
breads and the like. Eat only whole grain products, be careful with a
sensitivity to wheat, and all baked goods using yeast.
4. Go very easy with Dairy products. Consider a possible lactose
intolerance. Realize, milk is for cows and does not work very
good for humans, especially adults.
5. No fried foods, no junk foods, no pop, carbonated drinks, only
pure water and natural unprocessed fruit juices. Chocolate is
actually good for you, it is the sugar that makes it a no no. If
you are having trouble with migraines, chocolate and MSG
could be your worst enemies. No processed foods, (canned
foods and soups, frozen dinners). No processed meats which
contain nitrates MSG (mono sodium glutamate) and other preservatives.
6. Do not use commercial cooking oils, margarine, and products
made with them. Extra virgin Olive oil only, for salads and the
like. A little natural dairy butter is OK in moderation.
7. No smoking – period. No liquor. Perhaps a little wine if it is
naturally brewed. (Not from a wine kit)
8. Exercise is absolutely essential. At least 1 hour everyday.
Walking, biking, running, swimming, hiking, it doesn't matter
what, just do it. And a strength work out three times a week
at a fitness center is also very beneficial.
9. If you are overweight. Lose it. If you are underweight, eat the
proper food and exercise to gain a proper body weight.
Either way, it is essential for good health.
10. Take a full spectrum vitamin and mineral supplement every
day. Also take at least 2000 mg of Vitamin C (time release)
every day. Increase this to 8000 mg over time (8 grams). If
you develop loose bowels that will be a sign of your bodies
tolerance.
I realize everything I have list above may not pertain to you. Just
consider this something to work at. A good bowel cleans could be
very beneficial. A fast of urine, purified water, and natural juices
would also help a great deal.
What I have listed above is a basic outline of the health program I
am on. I suffered from migraines for over 60 years of my life and I
was on very heavy medical for that. After my second urine enema
2 1/2 years ago. the Headaches stopped. I also eat vegetarian which
has also helped me a great deal. If you do eat meat, just make sure
it is organic, free range. And only wild fish, not farmed.
When your body is working properly, your immune system is working
to keep you healthy. Your health is the most precious gift you have.
It is also your choice and your responsibility.
I am now 69 years of age. I use both Urine Therapy, and I make my
own Ionic Silver which I also take daily. I weigh 180 pounds, which
is 5 lbs less than I weighed when I graduated from high School in
1955. I am also not taking medications for any condition and am not
being treated for any medical problems. I am enjoying the best health
of my entire life.
Hope this helps – Cheers, Carl
