Dear Michael, Thanks for a good question. Yes, we all know that
Ammonia is a deadly poison. Don't ask me why, but the ammonia smell
on your breath does not indicate a danger, but is a sign the Urine
Fast is working well. After several days of a strict Urine Fast, the
ammonia smell comes. I enjoy the smell. I associate it with a feeling
of cleansing, purity, and well-being, but NEVER take synthetic
Ammonia, since its effect will be the opposite - very toxic. On the
other hand, the Ammonia our bodies manufacture, is, apparently, not
toxic but therapeutic.
Synthetic Feed-Grade Urea can be taken internally, but I prefer it
externally, as a body-rub instead. I don't like the rubbing of aged
urine on the body, because of the smell. My guru did not rub urine on
the body, but I like the idea, using urea, mixed with water or 3%
Hydrogen Peroxide. If the skin is too dry, add a little glycerin.
Just keep some breath mints handy, and take them immediately after
recycling, when in the company of others. If the "uninitiated" get a
whiff of that breath, you are in big trouble. This trivial little
problem, causes a lot of trouble for practitioners of Urine Therapy.
For that reason, we try to educate the public about this. Otherwise,
they remain as ignorant enemies of the Truth, poised to do you
wrong. - Dr. J.
