Subject: Re: with solids?
Hello, and welcome to the group. Since I doubt anyone else will help
you, I'll comment. It is all a matter of degree. The greatest fast is
on urine and water only. That is the fast which is the most
efficacious. But, despite the fact that the body is better off without
food, there is still the problem of hunger, especially if one remains
active or exercises a lot. The easiest way to cheat on a Urine Fast,
is
with juices, and liquids such as honey and molasses. That takes care
of
carbohydrates. Oils and butter are also liquid. Find some protein in
powdered form or in milk, and there you have it. What you are doing is
healthy, but, since you are taking solids, you are not fasting. Also
there must be a dramatic increase in the recycling of urine. Then, you
will be practicing Urine Therapy. There is no danger from eating
solids
while recycling. If you seek efficacy, the more you adhere to the
guidelines, the better the cure. Sai Ram
