The first thing to do is get an Oxygen Concentrator and use it
whenever you are just sitting at home. Keep your weight down to a
minimum, since overweight contributes to hpyoxemia. Folate, B12, and
iron tabs are good for erythrocytes. EDTA orally or preferably
through IV is about the only non-invasive procedure to reduce
arterial plaque. You might want to invest $50 for a scan of the
Carotid Artery. It shouldn't cost more than that. Get an Oxymeter to
check for general Hypoxia (low O2). Fasting, preferably with urine,
won't hurt. Be careful about prescrip. meds. They make Oxygen
Concentrators now that can fill O2 bottles, which you can then carry
around as you move. - Dr. J.
