1. "The union of man and woman is like the mating of Heaven and
Earth. It is because of their correct mating that Heaven and Earth
last forever. Humans have lost this secret and have therefore become
mortal. By knowing it, the path to immortality is opened." - Shang
San Tai.
2. "The loss of semen should be compensated for by absorbing the
essence fluids of woman. When the juices are swallowed, they will
descend int the stomach, where they will change from Yin essence into
Yang." - The Secret Prescriptions of the Bedroom.
3. "In order to live long, without growing old, a man sucks in the
woman's saliva, and below, he absorbs her sexual secretions." - Fang
Nei Pu I (T'ang dynasty).
4." He absorbed new essences from the Mysterious Valley of the
woman. The main part of this art is to prevent one's potency from
dying. The returned semen strengthens the vitality and nourishes the
brain." - Lieh Hsien Chuan.
5. "He drinks her vital essence. It pours directly from her Gateway
into his solar plexus. There is nothing like this essence for
vitalizing power, prolonging life, and rejuvenationg the body." - Jou
Pu Tuan (Ming period).
6. "The man makes his semen return and prevents any emission. He
absorbs the juices from the woman's Precious Gateway, while above, he
drinks her saliva. This special practice endows a person with good
health and long life." - Ta Lo Fu.
7. "Why trouble with the Pill of Immortality when one is welcome to
drink from the Jade Fountain?" - Hsu Hsiao Mu Chi.
8. From the Ming period in China, a book called the "Great Medicine
of the Three Peaks", invokes man to drink three types of female
secretions: saliva, milk, and the semen after she has climaxed.
Traditional Taoist texts usually omit the most important secretion -
urine. -Tsampa Yeshe Norbu.
