Note: vitamin A acetate, vitamin A palmitate,
or even just palmitate are all the BAD,
WRONG form of vitamin A (retinol).
Al's message sends another clear warning
on Vitamin A excess (retinol form), and relates
heavily to confirmed serious osteoporosis risk.

Don't feed your already thin bones too much
