Sublingual Vitamins VS hard supplements   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #4965 of 5054 |
Sublingual vitamins/ minerals go through the skin and straight into the blood
stream. Sublingual vitamins can come in liquid, soft pill placed under the
tongue, cream, patch and spray. For those of us with CD/UC vitamins pills
especially hard covered may not dissolve properly, or go right straight through
us with out leaving any benefit behind because of constant diarrhea .

For those of you taking b12 orally you need to know that you are most likely not
benefiting from any of the b12 pills you are taking.

And for those of you on a raw diet, you can't possible get
the required B12 the body needs from a meatless diet
http://www.rense.com/politics6/veganblind.htm with out taking some kind of b12
supplement.

Symptoms of b12 deficiencies :
Numbness or tingling in the hands or feet
Insomnia
Loss of memory
Dizziness
Lack of balance
Depression
Digestive problems
Dizziness
Liver enlargement
Eye problems
Headaches
Hallucinations
Inflamed tongue
Breathing difficulties
Loss of memory
Palpitations
Neurological damage
Tinitus or ringing in the ears

Are you sure you are taking the right kind of supplements?
