A question about diet   Message List

Hey everyone, having recently been diagnosed with crohns i have been
told by my specialist that i can basically eat a normal diet, and diet
does not really have an affect on crohns. Just wondered if any of you
guys have had any bad experiences with certain food types?, or any
experiences with types of foods that you found helped with crohns. I
know everybody gets affected in different ways by different things,
just thought it would be helpful to get some ideas of things to look
out for.
Thanks everyone
Mikee
