Crohns and eye

I am Tanya and am 23 yrs old. I have been having crohns for the last 6 years.
IN the last 2/3 months one of my eyes have been turning red.
I just learnt that it is because of Crohns and the doc doesnt know how to treat it.
Will someone know what to do with the eye.
It is believe if it is left un treated one may lose vision.
