I work at Publix Supermarket and they sell this Aloe Vera juice.  I asked about it and it has the same healing as the aloe plant on the skin and it is good for the immune system.  It is worth a try to anyone that is willing to do healthy things for themselves.  Also gluten offends Crohns and eating Organic foods is the way to go but it is expense.  These are all good for maintaining health in general and is worth researching.  Good luck, Suzanne

I have found that Aloe Vera gel works well for reducing urgency and firmer stools. I buy it at a health food store. You drink 1 to 2 ounces twice a day.... 		Mark

Just what exactly is this aloe vera you're talking about drinking? Is it a jel or is it a liquid? If a gel, how do you "drink" it and what does this stuff...

You can get is as a liquid or a gel. The liquid is less expensive and also is tasteless. The gel I bought had a spearamint taste to it. Mary...

It is hardly tasteless. But it does help. It never made stool firmer but helped with abdominal pain. You can mix it with apple juice to kill the bitter...
