I do go to the health food store a lot when I am not in a flare up. I am on Asulphazine which is like prednisone but long term with no side affects. I also know that gluten in the diet is a problem for people with this disease. I am not sure why it isn't good but I have heard wonderful results when it is removed from the diet.
