I took asacol then colazal...then entocort was added in and I have had
no improvement...even on 60 mg of prednisone....but boy did i gain
weight on that! they then put me on suppositories, canasa...anyone
tried those?

I was on prednisone and asacol then asacol and canasa. I tell you the canasa
really worked for me. the thing is the infected spots should be in the lower
bowels/rectal area. I have been in remission for hhhhmmmm.. lets say
almost 2 years now. Fingers crossed it keeps up! I have had active flair ups
about 4 times in the past 10 years.. one time it was for 2 years before any
relief.
