Hi,
 Sorry to hear about you getting this awful thing. I have UC and have had it
for about 15 years now. What works on one person doesnt always work on
another. It really depends on where your issue are in the intesetinal tract.
My ulcers are in the lower part of my colon so I use asacol and canasa
suppositories when I have a flair. It can take days or months sometimes to
respond to the drugs.
 Each person must figure out what works best for them.. sometimes its
nothing at all and all we do is hope and pray on those days.
