Hi, i was dignosed with UC last year. I suppose mine is resonably
mild compared to other people i've read about and know. But for a
long time ive come to notice that i become generally unwell quite
easily. i mean i'm always tired,i have aches and pains,and i seem to
catch every cold going. A few years ago i was checked out by my
GP,full bloods and everything...nothing. he just suggested i try and
eat better and excercise.Some one i know has got crohns and says she
always feels unwell but can't put her finger on it exactly......just
crap,or unwell.i was wondering if anyone else had the same problem.

Thanks to everyone on here who helped me through my first
colonoscopy earlier this year,i was very worried.I think i thanked
everyone at the time but your support was a great help.Ta
