Thank you Pauline for the post - you bring up a lot of interesting connections
etc.You
write with incredible honesty and openness about yourself. You must be so glad
you have
come through all this ( you really deserve a big pat on your back by yourself,
you have
done some big work...)!! You have gotten so far in the process of healing
yourself, as well
as all the clarity gained for you. And with CLS it's time for celebration now (
more cake and
singing on the food court for you!!!) as you are feeling how well that works!!!
I can relate
to some of this, and I too am dealing with issues in the second chakra and need
to have
the same healing as you have had.

Yes Ron and Ron's body sure has to go through quite a bit to have us cleared! It
is a lot of
work and it is lucky he has Angelie assisting him with energizing foods etc. It
is very good
of you to mention that Pauline, as many probably do not even know this. It is
also great to
hear your story as you relate it to Ron, and how you had to go through anger
with him to
get to this point it seems. I know this happens to many others too. Even more a
reason for
you to congratulate yourself for sticking with it as many give up!

The friend who got me to listen to Ron initially, got to being 65 % in her body
( and it was
pretty easy for her as she has not been incarnate here before apparently) but
she wanted
to be a channel for some of the angels and in order for her to do her spiritual
work for
others, she had to leave him and go back to the dark side practitioners ( were
we had once
met her and me... I have been there too!!!). she now denies Ron and as i am sure
you
understand we are no longer in contact, but it is her choice. If this makes you
feel odd to
begin with ( it took me months to feel OK with this too), it is not so strange
as we have
been mind controlled to think differently for so long!!!

It is wonderful for us all to remember how we do not need to re-live or bring up
the past
in ourselves ( not like the typical kind of therapy out there) but how with Ron,
he doesn't
even have to know anything about it, but just can go to clearing it away. So
simple, so
easy, so much less to do!!!! Thank you very much CLS and Ron! We might even have
a bit
of a habit of going through things again and again a bit too much, and it can be
hard to
not do that too. For me i find it is hard to not bring up a picture of someone
when saying
their name etc. Like "don't think of a blue beetle" and hey, there I go I see
one on my inner
eye right away! I do not know how to stop that yet as i am on automatic on that
it seems.

I got very very charged and energized while doing the show with Ron on Monday,
and felt
healed pretty much of my cold afterwards. However I felt the sadness still from
the sexual
clearing, and a sort of sadness about the state we have been in and what we
still find us in
while here. The I saw "The Mist" and almost wished I hadn't. Even if I can
totally see how
this is true, i have to warn you more sensitive people out there, it is SCARY,
and perhaps
due to the knowledge we have that this is in a sense true, it is even more
scary. So today I
have listened to Ron's show over and over and done every excerzie as I usually
do, staying
in my heart. I also felt like "getting rid of those critters" ( as Ron calls
it), as per his BBS
show on the archives from 10/10 2008 or the one from 11/30 2007.....

The other movies are easier and not as horrific as "The Mist" at least for me,
even if "They
live" sure is pretty bad too. I also saw "1000 BC", which i liked a lot, and
parts of the
"Golden compass", which Ron has mentioned as good ones to see in relation to
what we
really are dealing with or have dealt with here. I sent an email to tell a lady
to not do
anything for the solstice ( as I know a lot of the so called "light-workers" out
there are
again gathering, and working on getting more innocent people involved, to do
things they
think is good for us and the planet, which really is brining in more of let's
say as in "The
mist" here!!! After giving her just a gentle little hint ( and she is prominent
our there) my
email went down.... I know Ron has said you cannot tell people either some times
as the
dark has them pretty tight by the neck... I guess I need to learn that one!

Like you Pauline, I was on all those mailing lists, and I got so tired of even
stopping them
all ( I did get out of the main ones) and then in the end I still get an email
that gets
through to me, and so I changed my email account.

Again, thank you Kyle, Marianne, Pauline and Chris and anyone else for

we get to hear from people's experiences! I have to say, weather you read the
fast chat and
