I am an osteopath and listening to the body is
critical in treating lesions. I suggest you get
someone skilled to treat you and to be gentle. Having
someone spinning at any degree should not be the goal
and yes their are unpleasant experiences if not
properly used. My personal experience of spinning
after CS was partly generated by others forcing their
intent on me and I was unfunctional for several days
till I got a skilled DO to treat me. He worked on my
whole body bones to fluids.
