Hello all! I am new here, and just wanted to introduce myself. My
name is Jen, and I'm just delving into the world of energy work,
just from starting out as a client of a great practitioner who
performs Ortho-bionomy and CS on me. I started going to him for
chronic pain problems, I have both Fibromyalgia and inflammatory
arthritis, but became irrevocably hooked the first time he did
cranio on my head.

It was magical. I'm a natural empath, so it went way beyond just
balancing my bio-rhythms. My practitioner, Gary, said that I have a
very high level of natural energy, and that I'm incredibly easy
to "attune with". I've taken some incredible journeys while having
CS work done, including meeting one of my spirit guides just a few
weeks ago. Gary has agreed to teach me more about working with and
controlling my personal energy, and has already taught me how to
draw in and expand my aura, as needed, to protect myself against
negativity, or negative people.

I am also going to be going to a workshop given by Richard Valasek
in Sept.(It's O-B based), and I am beside myself with excitement
about it. This path feels so right to me. I have decided that I
want to study O-B, craniosacral, and energy or spiritual healing,
whatever you want to call it, using my empathic abilities.

I would love to hear about the journeys that others have taken on
the spiritual plane while using craniosacral therapy. This subject
totally fascinates me, now that I've had this experience more than a
