Hi Mike

Sounds like youre doing great stuff there - congratulations

Try changing your focus when youre touching your ears - shift your mental
attention from your head
to the rest of your body and check whats going on there. Dont try to interfere
with it - just
observe the reaction to the ear pull, watch what is happening, and allow
whatever happens to do its
own thing. Its important in any cranial work (for the best results) to allow
the big picture to
develop, rather than always working symtomatically on the area which *appears*
to be the problem.
Also, some stretching and general exercise will help the head changes integrate
in the rest of your
body, which will clear space for more changes in the head to be possible

You might also tune into the CSR at your hips (hands on hip bones) and just
follow the CSR there
whilst also being aware of what is happening in your head... Again, once it
starts to move, just
let it do its own thing.

The Falx often releases by placing a thumb lightly on the roof of the mouth and
a hand on top of the
head - awareness probably best split between the head midline and the pelvic
midline.

I'm sure there are lots of combinations of these you might try...

If you feel dizzy/spaced out during any of this, again just watch it and let it
pass. I'd be very
interested to keep hearing your progress.

Andrew
