Hi Sandy

I still have a tussle in similar cases between going through a pre-decided set
of
checks/tests/releases, and just following what is there. My
experience/interpretation of responses
is that the second usually works best, but sometimes something more structured
is a useful input. I
have a picture on my clinic wall to remind me of this.

Also, though you probably know this already, indirect work on (in this case
e.g.) the pelvis often
has a huge impact - if "progress" has plateaued at one end, then addressing a
reflex at the other
end opens up a whole new vista.
