It is best to have a medical background to be able to cope with the anatomy
involved in learning craniisacral therapy such as being a massage therapist.
that being said, friends and relatives of someone needing extensive therapy can
learn to do the basics and be very helpful to the patient. This is a very good
interest to have. Have you received a treatment yet? That is a good place to
start. There are no exercises online that I am aware of nor classes
specifically for teenagers. Contact the Upledger Institute for more information
at upledger@.... They also have a website which you will find easily.
All good wishes Ann Bernard
