I beg to differ. Kathy could be releasing suppressed emotions that have been
buried for many years in this lifetime as well as from previous lives.
Paying attention to our emotional energetics is vital to our overall health and
wellbeing. Boundary issues need to be explored as well - who, what, why, when,
where, etc. The body tells all. Take heed and pay attention to all it
reveals. Delve, ask questions, seek your own personal truth.
