Emotionality can also be a symptom of invasive therapy-
Whereas emerging emotion can signify a VERY healthy opening of bound
emotional energy, emotionality can also result from careless or
malicious invasion of boundaries! Emotionality is not a
legitimate "goal" of healthy therapy~
Trust your "gut"... you can know if your experience was healthy and
your therapist is trustworthy-
