Hi Kathy

Yes this kind of reaction can happen after a session, especially if
you tapped into past emotional stress. As a practitioner I inform my
clients that the changes affected within a session may continue to
have effects for up to several days afterwards. This is because it
takes time to integrate the changes on the physical, psychological
and even spiritual levels.

Take this time to nurture yourself, drink plenty of water and allow
yourself the space to experience these emotions and sensations.
They will pass soon leaving you with less stress and more peace.
