Amy,
Yes, it is normal to feel nauseous after eating heavy foods after
craniosacral treatment. It is better for your stomach, and for you, if you
drink plenty of water after a treatment, (to flush out the toxins liberated
by the treatment) and to eat lightly. Also, take it easy for a couple of
days and do not exercise strenuously. It is OK to do whatever exercise is
normal for you. Get plenty of sleep and enjoy the benefits of the
treatment. CST starts a process of change that continues for about 48 hours
after the treatment has ended. This is the free tx time. During that time,
let the changes will sink in and become part of you.
Tried to send this and it came back. Am trying again and will add to it.
Stomach pain from stress. You would benefit by being treated for stress and
for the cardiac sphincter plus vagus nerve. These techniques are special to
Integrative Manual Therapy and can be done by a therapist who has attended
their Adrenals and Stress Course.
I do not have any idea where you live. Look at my website.

Enjoy,
Ann.

Subject: [Craniosacral Network] Nausea
I'm not a practitioner but actually a client. I had my first
craniosacro treatment yesterday and loved it! I get stomach pain from
stress. However, I unfortunately didn't eat light yesterday as
recommended and proceeded to eat a large-ish amount of tortellini and
tomato sauce. I got extremely nauseous after! Is this normal?
Thank you!
