what i had done

Meridian balancing technique: Bladder 67 (left side of the body) and
Kidney 27 (right side of the body). Testing indicated using technique
to help with fear/anxiety and to balance meridian system.

Sacral centre (chakra): releasing negative emotions/energy from this
centre. It was noted that you experienced sensations around the
spine, shoulders, ears and head. testing indicated using technique to
reduce feelings of 'guilt' in relation to issues discussed and to
balance this energy centre.

Frontal / Occipital Holding: Holding front of forehead - frontal
eminences (Gall Bladder 14) and back of head - occipital (Bladder 9 &
10 & Governing vessel 16 & 17). This gentle non-manipulative
technique was indicated to 'defuse' stress and 'infuse' positive
feeling of well being.
