Hi Leslie,
CranioSacral Therapy, being very naturalistic in its approach -- working
with the body's self-corrective process rather than doing something to the
body as is the case with more invasive therapeutic modalities, can deliver
sustainable results which do not require on-going maintenance. However, for
it's ability to release stress and optimize functioning of nervous and
other physiological systems, many people chose to include CST as part of
their regular healthy life-style. Some pursue on-going craniosacral
treatment for self-awareness and personal/spiritual growth.
Congratulations on discovering CST. It's has been miraculously
transformational and healing for thousands of people, myself included. Let
us know how it's working for you.
Warmly,
Oleg
