[Craniosacral Network] Re: CST therapy and back pain

Hi Oleg/others,

Thanks for asking, I do have another question.

I found a therapist quite close to where I live and she seems very
skilled. I'm looking forward to our sessions; I saw her for our
initial hour yesterday and will go Monday for 2 hours. She's trying to
target 4 hours/month initially and thinks 2 hours together is a good
thing.

I wondered, and I didn't think of this question until after I left the
session but I'd like other opinions anyway, if you think craniosacral
therapy has the potential to be curative. I've heard that, say,
acupuncture can be curative, but chiropractic manipulations tend to be
something you need to keep getting sort of on a maintenance basis,
though less frequent as time goes on if you stay healthy. So, in your
opinions, would craniosacral therapy results be more akin to
acupuncture, i.e., potentially curative, or chiropractic medicine,
wherein long-term upkeep is needed to maintain results?

Just curious.

Thanks,
Leslie
