There are different rates mainly based on the are of the country and
the practitioner's skill level.
I practice in an economically depressed area of Michigan, and even
though I am an advanced trained practitioner and diplomat certified
through the Upledger Institute, my charge for working in my town is
$55 per hour. When I work in bigger cities in a close proximity to my
town my fee is set at $75 per hour. Internationally I have made as
much as $150 per hour.
I also believe that healthcare is a right not a priveledge, so I do
make accomodations on my fee should a patient really need the work and
may not have the means to pay.
I hope you choose the practitioner you choose is one that fits your
needs, those needs also includes your ability to pay. Your process
becomes one of setting personal priorities and matching them to a
practitioner. Make sure you keep in mind that the individual treating
you is also a person trying to meet their needs as well.
Best of luck to you.
