Re: CST therapy and back pain

Hi Oleg,

Wow, you're very knowledgeable! I hope to find a CST practitioner as
knowledgeable because I might feel more confident having my spinal
fluid manipulated then ... I'm sorta joking but sorta not.

I am putting more confidence in alternative therapies as time goes on.
I can't imagine spending a life on pain killers. I have a hard time
just taking a couple Alleve. As sort of a test I asked my dentist to
prescribe valium to see if lessening my anxiety before I went to sleep
at night would perhaps elimate the jaw clenching/tongue thrusting
enough so I could have a pain-free sleep ... but the longest stretch
of time I managed to take the pills was 3 nights in a row and I didn't
notice a bit of difference.

Thanks for the explanation and information.

Best,
Leslie
