CR-Buddy is an open-source freeware diet analysis tool (nutrition analysis tool) written as a set of Microsoft Excel workbooks. The primary emphasis of this tool is to help those on a calorie restricted diet ensure adequate nutrient intake. CR Buddy is extremely detailed in analyzing nutrient content, which can make it difficult to use. At times it is NOT user friendly. The goal is complete analysis, and it serves my own needs well. I created it as a hobby, but would like to make it available for anyone to use.
