I am just wondering if anyone else finds it difficult/uncomfortable to wear a
bra because of the costo?

Also, since I noticed a lot of people on here also take anxiety meds, I am
wondering if it helps with the costo or is it just because costo drives US
crazy?

Any responses would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have to admit, I started laughing at the bra question because I'm having the
same problem! I still wear my bras, but I loosen them to the last clippy thing
or I wear sports bras (minimal control/yoga style) and strapless bras because
they seem to be less constricting. I just can't go without a bra, so I'm in the
process of figuring out what kind of bras I can wear. Also, shapewear is just
out of the question for me, so I'm resorting to buying a size up and having the
dresses tailored. Hope this helps!

Hello,

Thanks so much for taking the time to respond. I don't wish the pain on anyone,
but I feel better knowing I'm not the only one. I have even tried buying a
bigger size bra but ultimately it is the constricting around the rib cage that
bothers me. Not to mention the pressure from the bra against my sternum. And as
far as anything like spandex or shapewear, that is a big NO for me too. I even
have to unbutton my pants as I sit because the pressure of against my body when
I sit just makes the ribs feel uncomfortable. Anywho, thanks so much for your
time!
Lacy

I find it incredibly difficult to wear a bra. It causes more pressure on my
chest which makes it more painful and more difficult to breathe.

I am just wondering if anyone else finds it difficult/uncomfort able to wear a

Also, since I noticed a lot of people on here also take anxiety meds, I am

Look in the archives. Nearly every bra idea under the sun is listed there.

OH YES!! Very uncomfortable wearing a bra - but have no choice as I cannot go
without one.
