Carol,
I am so sorry you are going through a lot of stuff right now. I hope you are ok
since you just got back from the ER. I will pray for you to feel better. I am
going to look into the D3. I will also try to find the magazine article, I think
it would be something interesting to read. I know it's hard to tell if something
is working or not, especially with vitamins, since they are supplements, because
sometimes it can just be a mental thing where we think they are working. But I
believe in the power of vitamins, I take a handful myself and I don't think it
can hurt anything especially since it can't be any worse then popping
perscription pills. I know that certain forms of a certain vitamin, such as D3
or B12, work better for certain things, so I will look into D3 specifically.
Again, thank you so very much for responding to me. It is truly helpful. I hope
you feel better!
Lacy

with your pain? And is it going to work for inflammation since costo is
inflammation of the rib cartilage? I sm just curious if you think it is working
since you have been taking it for a few months. If so, I will probably consider
it. Thanks so much!

the anxiety meds are given to costo patients. I have never taken them but I do
take vitamins to help with anxiety. I am happy that you mentioned the magnesium
because I do happen to have calcium-magnesium because I was told it would help
with pain. Also, I haven't been wearing a bra since Jan [as long as I don't have
to] because I find that it does trigger the costo. So I was just wondering if
anyone else had the same problem with the bra. SO again, your advice/info was
very helpful. I really appreciate your response. Thank you so much!
