Danny,

I am not a Dr or trained in any herbal remedies. I was just
interested in the product you listed and was suprised when it turned
up as a COX-2 inhibitor. I suggest you sit down with your GP ( or
find one that will sit down with you ) and go over your choices.
Since a COX-2 inhibitor seems to be working for you your dr might
start with those types of drugs and see what works best for you.

Thankfully I only have flare-ups of costo and not all the time. When
it gets bad ( and it really gets bad ) I can usually resolve the
problem with heat packs ( big bean bags socks microwaved ) and
targeted relaxation. I usually follow this up with some OTC NSAID's
to prevent it coming back.
