I'm planning to go to Costa Rica next Jan and so I need to get
started. First, I wanted to find out if I have to pay to get a quote
from most doctors?

Also, please tell me the best way to find a good doctor and so forth.
I've been doing a lot of reserch on the net the last few months but it
seems to be inendated with bias opionions. I'm not sure who it is
leaving some of these posts. And I feel super confused!
