Hi - I have been in contact with the doctors at the Rosenstock Center
in Costa Rica over the past few days as I am interested in having a
tummy tuck and lipo on my thighs in January. I am very excited abot
having this done, but also very nervous about the procedures on a whole!

Can anyone offer any input on these procedures (healing time, pain
etc.) as well as nice places to stay?

Also, has anyone ever had a thigh lift? I am considering which would
be the best option in reducing the looseness of my thighs!
