This revealed I had atrial fibrillation in my heart. They cancelled my
surgery and told me to see a heart Dr. upon my return home.

is, have an EKG a few days before your trip. For it to be accepted
there it must be very recent. They have a fine cardiologist and he
only charged $60.00 for the test. The big thing is they must be very
careful, they are most probably not carrying any Malpractice Insurance
and must be very careful.

met some fine people. One problem, when I returned home there was a
$700.00 room charge to my credit card, even though I had paid Elke in
cash. It took several weeks to get this cleared up, was so happy I
had American Express and their fraud unit to handle it for me. Elke
called and apologized to me, told me how it happened and I am sure it
was a bookkeeping error, but it shook me up for few days.

additions being added on. The food was home cooked and served very
pleasing. I would say if I could get this Arial fibrillation cleared
up I would go back and try the whole experience over again. All the
very best of luck to you Janet and Merry Christmas.

oh my goodness Sonja.....what a disapointment for you.!
i to had an ECG and thankfully i scraped by,as i have a bit of a heart
problem.
i had the tests at the Rosenstock, and yes it cost $60.
and how stressful to also have a problem with Las
Cumbria..... ...actually there seems there are often problems with
'paying'at many recovery homes.?
avoid the Costa Blanca retreat though, its awful.....i left there early.
it is no place for recovery.!
