Hey, Soave. I think it was the tumescent procedure (they pump you full of
liquid and suck it all out with a tube). Nobody noticed a difference-- my
best friend had been commenting on my weight loss BEFORE my surgery. I wonder
if my inch loss was because of diet. I have lost a few inches, but about
this time of year I always go down a size or two. I don't know if I lost any
weight because I don't own any scales. (I'm anti scales because muscle weighs
more than fat, and it's inches that count.)Soave, to tell you the truth, I
feel kind of cheated out of the money I spent on all of the areas that I
don't notice a difference. But the smaller tummy is DEFINITELY noticeable by
me.Besides my tummy, I do notice a little difference on my hips, but the
doctor said that I was so skinny to begin with, he couldn't just suck ALL my
fat out--it wouldn't look "right." When I was lying there waiting for the
anesthesia to kick in, I said, "Hey Doc--you'd better suck out four thousand
dollars worth of fat!!!"
My breast lift was the miracle surgery for me!! I had it done with my lipo.
For the first time since third grade, I can go braless (except I cover my
nipples with those round tape-thingies).
I hope I answered your questions. If not, feel free to ask again.
