I know that outside the US, buttock augmentation is popular, when I
went for surgery in Brazil, buttock augmentation was the hottest
plastic surgery to have. I can only assume that it's worth it to
have it done since I certainly don't need any extras in that area
and the patients who I saw in Brazil were very attractive and
certainly pleased with their results. I do not know all they use
for buttock augmentation but I use Hydrogel products at my work for
a totally different reason. But many things can have a variety of
different uses. As for lipo fat coming back, yes, you can get heavy
again after lipo, but the fat will come back more in other areas
than the areas that you received lipo in due to the fact that you
will have fewer fat cells in those particular areas. I think there
is still a post from quite a ways back from a woman who had lipo and
then gained a lot of weight and became very self-concious because
the majority of her weight gain was all in her upper body. Plastic
surgery is different for everyone and from reading these posts you
will see that although a lot of the people who've had it done are
pleased, there are some who had negative experiences. Do as much
research as you can about buttock agumentation and liposuction and
make a decision based for yourself then when you're fully informed.
I certainly hope that if you go through with any plastic surgery, it
will be a positive experince for you. You can certainly send me an
email and I can give you the emails of a few doctors outside the US
that I know that may be able to answer some questions and perhaps
help you understand buttock augmentation and lipo a bit more.
