Rhinoplasty

I am very confused as to how to pick a rhinoplasty surgoen after serveral
appointments. Is it best to go to an ENT with plastic surgery certifcaation, a
facial reconstructive surgeon (I hav trauma to the nose) or an aesthetic plastic
surgeon? Since their specialties vary so widely, I am confused. They all want
to do the surgery, then I find they really specialize in breast surgery or
something else. I'm in Virginia. If anyone can offer advice, I'd appreciate
it.
