I'm a size 26, I'm about 150 or more lbs overweight.
Well that's good to hear that my nipples are non-existant because of
the size/weight now. They hurt my back something aweful. I've seen
more current surgeries, and they seem to do a "keyhole" to lift the
breast up. Yet another reason I'm glad I don't jump on surgery
bandwagons. Those Bariatric surgeries, they ended up with a lot of
people going through some really bad stuff, malnutrition, how much
protein in a day, malabsorption, and they made it better. And came
up with more types. Appearantly the same with cosmetic surgery.
Sounds like anyway.

liposuction. I'm thrilled with the BR and flanks and satisfied with
the abs. If you are as overweight as you claim, you should have as
much abdominal lipo as possible along with a tummy tuck. I think that
was my mistake, not getting a tummy tuck. I was trying to avoid it,
but now I'm considering it. While my tummy is smaller, it is
certainly not nearly flat.

will automatically help your nipples present themselves. Before my
surgery my nipples were nearly undetectable, but immediately after
the procedure, there they were! The doctor did not have to "give" me
nipples; I had my own. The weight of your breasts is creating a lot
of tension so the blood supply is not reaching your nipples, but once
you have them reduced and lifted this should not be a problem. While
a few women lose sensation either for a time or forever after having
this surgery, most regain at least some and usually full sensation.
From day one I had not only full but added sensation. If any surgeon
wants to do a free nipple graft (FNG) I recommend you run from his or
her office as fast as possible. A FNG is a when they actually detach
the nipples and then reattach them higher than before. This will
definitely eliminate sensation, they will be mere ornaments. If my
surgeon was able to avoid FNG on me then it can be avoided on anyone.
