Hi,
Before my tummy tuck, i ordered a post-op girdle for my tummy tuck. When i
received it, the morning of my surgery, i was sure i would never fit into it.
It's so small. So after my surgery, i never took a chance to try it on cause i
knew the swelling would never let me get into it.
This afternoon, i took a nice warm shower and took a chance to try the girdle on
(instead of putting back my binder). I had a little fight trying to tie all the
60 hooks, but the girldle fits perfectly. OMG! When the technician took my
measurements, he measured my hips at the bone level which was 40 inches. Me,
measuring 40 inches at the hips? My eye! 40 inches at the hips means wearing a
size 10. Did i see that? I just don't believe it yet. Is this true? Me, who was
wearing a size 28 (and it was tight) before having my lapband surgery and now,
only 3 years later, i am fitting into a size 10? Mmmm. I think i will believe it
when i will be into a size 10 jeans. LOL Am I dreaming or not?
