As far as the drains hurting, I've had abdominal surgery 9 times in the last
8 years and am a professional now at drains - they have also fed the tube
out from the bottom of my binders and pinned my "balls" on the bottom of the
binder - isn't that what happens with everyone?
I had a hernia repair last May 07, breast reduction/TT in January, a seroma
removal in June and I'm scheduled for my 7 or 8th hernia repair again, in
January. I have had problems on top of problems - all as a result of a gastric
bypass in 1999. I'm often asked if I would go thru it again - hard to tell,
its been really hard.
Also, my boobs have dropped (sagging) since my surgery in January, the PS
says that women that have had weight loss and have a breast reduction will have
saggy breasts - seems strange to me, especially since he never told me this
before hand.
Its hard to be positive since i've been in the hospital now about 11 times
in 9 years and in the last 18 months, once every 4.5 months. I'm just
getting discouraged.
