I had my breast reduction/and panneculectomy done 1/20/08. I am still
not happy with my appearance. My abdomen stil has ripples and it looks
like I have an intertube below my hips - even dressed its extremely
noticeable. I did lose 2.5 pounds on top and 5.5 on bottom and dressed
I do look somewhat better, but my boobs are droopy as before, they are
just not DD's but C. I was back in the hospital 6/20 to have a seroma
removed and that seems to be when my perkiness went away. My surgeon
(not the PS) thinks that taking the seroma out and all of the fluid (2
quarts) probably had held my boobs up and taking it out and drawing the
skin tight, has caused them to drop. I still look horrible naked,
removing the seroma the surgeon kinda "glued" my insides and so my
stomach is pulled tight, really deformed and mis-shaped and we don't
expect it to improve very much. I still have dog ears and on top and
on bottom.

Like I said, it is better, but I'd love to be one of these other woman
that are 100% satisfied - just my .02.
