I also have hand no pain from the TT, but the lipo has given me some trouble. I
went back to work only after one week and am doing great and I'm already pleased
with my results and it's only a week in 1/2 later.
Best Regards,
Laurie Martin

Oops, I meant the "lipo was a different story" not lips. LOL Still have my same
old lips.Tami----- Original Message ----- From: Tami Finley To:

PMSubject: Re: [Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery] tummy tuckI read here and have
heard so much from others about how high their pain was. Am I alone in having no
pain from the incisions? I had a partial tt (all across the front) and breast
lift (lolipop). I have had literally no pain from either at all. The lips areas
are a different story but it was like a really deep bruise. It hurt but not like
an incision would. My dr. said she puts numbing agent inside that removes all
pain from incisions. Is she only one of few that do this? I just find it hard to
believe that all doctors wouldn't do this for people if it's available. Don't
get me wrong - I took my share of Vicodin during the first week. It was for the
lipo pain and the pain from putting the implants under my muscle. I was just
really surprised that the incisions didn't hurt. I fully expected them
too.Tami----- Original Message ----- From: mickeyred70 To:

AMSubject: Re: [Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery] tummy tuckHi Tami,I am now 3 weeks
post-op, and starting to get back in my normal routine.I still can't lift
anything more than 5-10 lbs. I was also lucky, thepain was minimal. The surgeon
placed a pain pump in, that contained anovacain type drug. I strongly recomend
any one who is having this typeof surgery to ask if the hopital uses this type
of pain pump(not alldo). It truely made the first few days easier to deal with.
I am finallygetting excited about my new body!!!!Thanks for boost.Michelle--- In

But, it gets better every day. I am back toexercision, though lightly. I will
say that I feel about 90% of mypre-surgery self - only smaller!>> Tami> -----
