So, I have been to three board certified plastic surgeons now. One
said platysma was separated and needed platysmal plication. The next
said, no don't need plication, need face lift and platysmal
relocation, pulling platysma back toward ears. Third said, need z-
plasty incision under chin with platysmal plication. I am very
confused.
