Hi there,
I just had breast reduction surgery 2 weeks ago. If you have any
questions feel free to let me know.
I would suggest having it done in the spring - not the summer. My
friend had it done in the summer and she wished she had it done
during cooler months because it was "uncomfortable" going out in the
heat, etc. after the surgery. Of course, I guess that depends upon
what the climate is like where you live - but I already cannot stand
the heat and humidity so I waited to have it done in the winter.
And all in all, the pain was not anywhere NEAR what I thought it
would be. I thought I was going to have severe pain - and when my
plastic surgeon told me I wouldn't have a lot of pain I didn't
believe him. Well, he was right. I only used the pain meds the
first day - after that, just Tylenol. And I was on my feet and
walking around the next day (just had to be careful, etc.).
Anyway - drop me a line if you have any questions!
Zeena
