I had my tummy tuck in September and I still have somewhat of a numb feeling.
My Dr said it takes up to 18 months for you to be at your final results. The
tightness I don't remember lasting to terribly long. I was on bedrest for 6
full weeks though and I had to wear a girdle for 6 months, so maybe that is why
the tightness wasn't such a huge issue with me.

I had a tummy tuck and breast reduction 9 weeks ago. My breast are
healing great but my tummy is still so numb. How long does this
usually last? I also have a really hard mass under my incision, the
dr. says it's nothing. I have such a tight feeling in my lower abs too,
I can't take it anymore. I would like to know when I will feel "normal"
again.
