I have not, but I just wanted to ask you a couple things which you proably have
considered, but if not, here ya go.
I know a very well endowed gal who had been considering a reduction for most of
her life. -She had also struggled with being overwheight for her whole life as
well. I dont know where the sudden motivation came from, but overnight she
cahnged her diet, from processed foods, to mostly raw whole foods, and started
doing core strenghtening training at her gym(that she had just joined). Between
the diet change, the cardio, lthe ightweights, the yoga, and the the program
that focused exclusively on core building (abs, back, ect) she dropped a TON of
weight and gained enough muscle strength in her core that she no longer
suffered from any back pains, headaches, etc at ALL!
She ended up loving her new shape and I dont think you could pay her to get a
reduction!! -In this process of weight loss, she DID lose a litle tissue mass
from her bust anyhow, but she looks GREAT! -And most importantly, she FEELS
great. =)
Best,
Michelle
